Specifier

Scope of duties:

• Preparation and optimization of design concepts that are the basis for preparing offers for clients,
• Participation in the development of executive and technological designs within the framework of implemented contracts,
• Performing an independent Specifier function and performing authorial supervision over projects
• Performing geotechnical calculations for securing deep excavations, intermediate foundations, ground reinforcement, slope protection, etc.
• Comprehensive geotechnical analysis of foundation conditions of buildings,
• Support for engineers from the production preparation department in preparing geotechnical works valuations and preparing commercial offers,
• Support for construction managers in the scope of implemented contracts,
• Participation in technical and commercial meetings with clients.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in designing issues in the field of geotechnics,
• Higher technical education in civil engineering or related,
• Authorizations to design without restrictions in the construction and building specialization,
• Good knowledge of programs: AutoCad and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of programs for geotechnical and engineering calculations: GGU Retain Package, GEO5 Package,
• Knowledge of the geotechnical market and specialized technologies,
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team,
• Independence in action, very good organization of own work,
• Goal orientation and consistency in action,
• Willingness and ability to learn new things,
• Availability and readiness for business trips,
• Driving license category B,
• Knowledge of English at least at a communicative level.

Welcome:

• Experience and knowledge of numerical calculation software in geotechnics: ZSoil or/and Plaxis, ABC package,
• Knowledge of geotechnical technologies such as: sheet piles, ground anchors, micropiles, CFA piles,
• Experience in performing specialist geoengineering works,
• Experience and knowledge of trenchless crossing technology
