Maintenance Technician (m/f/d)
To strengthen our Mechanical Maintenance & Operations team, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician for our sites in Pettenbach or Gampern, Upper Austria, starting immediately.
RED Drilling & Services GmbH (RED) was founded in 2014 and evolved from a traditional Austrian exploration, production, and gas storage company with over 80 years of experience. RED's core business includes exploration and production drilling for oil and gas, storage, and geothermal drilling. Our business areas are complemented by engineering services in the subsurface and surface sectors as well as decommissioning. We aim to maintain a consistently high level of technical and economic performance and ensure our long-term competitiveness through continuous development.
Your Responsibilities:
- Proper documentation of performed maintenance, inspections, repairs, and proactive input into existing maintenance records.
- Digital recording and analysis of inspections and repairs.
- Continuous optimization of maintenance processes and providing support on technical issues.
- Maintaining, updating, creating, adjusting, and executing maintenance plans as well as technical documentation.
- Supporting external inspections, audits, annual overhauls, and internal checks.
- Assisting with required repairs, recurring services, maintenance, and overhauls of drilling and workover rigs.
Your Profile:
- Relevant technical training in mechanical engineering (HTL, technical school, Master Craftsman, or equivalent qualification).
- Enthusiasm for teamwork, motivation, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and a structured way of working.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of COMOS is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Fluent in German and good English skills.
